Fall, we see you! After a long summer, there is truly nothing better than cooling off with early fall temps and diving into all things autumn. These fall decor ideas will have you ready for all the hocus-pocus in no time, and, if you missed it, we rounded up our 5 Favorite Fall Candles. It’s true, fall really does come in a jar 😉
A warmth of color to welcome your guests inside is always at the top of our list. This chunky braided rug immediately caught our eye and we love the texture it brings to the entryway of a home. Lanterns and amber glass bud vases give an extra fall “feel” to the decor of an entryway console table and the rope pumpkin brings yet another autumn texture into play.
Nothing beats the timeless and effortless look of minimalist decor. When it comes to something classic, yet seasonal, we love the look of mixed textures and glass. These glass lantern-style pumpkins pair perfectly with the white, flameless flickering candles and the texture of the softly finished wooden bowl begs to be styled with miniature white pumpkins. Want a bigger pop of color within this fall decor idea? Substitute the white pumpkins for small gourds, or orange pumpkins. Our favorite spot to get pumpkins and gourds is Strawberry Hill Farm in Columbia, MO. We love that this style is versatile enough to last through the Thanksgiving season, because it’s not “too Halloween.” Want to take it to the next level? Include a few neutral-colored, chunky coffee table books too!
With an inviting tablescape, your guests will feel immediately welcomed. We’re throwing some more textures into the mix yet again with this fall decor idea! We’re playing the leather charger off of the glass detail and gingham napkin, while the matte black silverware set offers a fun, seasonal touch to the dining experience. What’re you serving your guests this season? We’d love to know!
Our favorite fall decor ideas include pieces that look as though they could fit in your home year round. With simplistic, yet intentional touches, you can take your fall decor to new sophisticated levels this year. Want more information about building a custom home with Anderson Homes? Visit us here.
